10.3 If a delivery fails and you do not rearrange or collect the parcel, we may cancel the order and issue a partial refund.

10.6 We currently do not ship internationally. However, if you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us first—we may be able to look into international shipping options on a case-by-case basis. If you place an order from outside the UK without prior arrangement and no suitable shipping method can be arranged, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
11. Returns & Faulty Items
11.1 We do not offer direct exchanges—please return the item and reorder.
11.2 You may return eligible items within 28 days of delivery.
11.4 Returns must be initiated via our official returns page.
11.5 Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
11.6 Products must be unused and unmarked and returned in original condition.​
